I just completed a 6-week PT program with Regina and Chris and cannot say more about how great my experience was at Ridge Physical Therapy. Both Regina and Chris are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I always felt like I was a very important patient rather than just a number. My flexibility and balance are possibly better now than they were before my injury (broken ankle) thanks to their attention and knowledge. I highly recommend Ridge PT for anyone in need of a thorough, customized and intentional PT protocol.

My friend recommended Ridge Physical Therapy & I knew when I met Regina I was in good hands. Professional, knowledgeable, kind & supportive along with her assistant Christine, they got me through my pain without surgery. They made PT enjoyable always taking the time to explain what each treatment & exercise was helping me to heal. Regina and Chris are amazing. This is a small practice that focuses on personal attention. They are always making sure that you were doing the exercises correctly and constantly interacting with their patients. I’ve been so disappointed with a lot of other practices in the past who just tell you to go do their exercises and see them in the end. This is not the case with Regina and Chris. They have become like family to me and they have treated me for many different ailments. Regina having the same first name is also a trip.

Regina has a Masters Degree in PT. Her knowledge of how to get your body back in shape is outstanding. I’ve now used Ridge Physical Therapy on two occasions with amazing results. Once for frozen shoulder and recently for excruciating back pain with severe spasms. After two weeks, with two office visits and daily prescribed excercises my back was feeling 90% better. I’m confident that my continued work with Ridge PT will have my back at 100% in no time at all. Ridge Physical Therapy’s office is well equipped with a wide range of therapy tools to get anyone on the same road to recovery I have now experienced on two different occasions. The staff are amazing and the office experience is something to look forward to.

When I first got my injury and my doctor suggested physical therapy I didn't want to go. But my pain was so bad and all I could think of was I never want to go through this again. I found immediate support and relief which progressed through my 8 weeks of sessions. I requested an extension of 4 more weeks just to strengthen my injured area. This place is magical. I found joy in the staff and the patients they were treating. BEST decision I made for a speedy recovery and will continue to practice what I learned. I HIGHLY recommend Ridge Therapy. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Ridge Physical Therapy is different and far better than my previous experiences with PT. Regina is a professional who listens to her patients and develops a plan for recovery based on their specific needs. Regina and Chris are both capable and compassionate people who I came to trust very quickly. Their PT approach and teaching helped me regain range of motion and gain more strength in my injured shoulder; and I feel much better than when I started the process. I went to Ridge Physical Therapy for my back and my knees. It was by far the best Physical Therapy experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a number.
